At Woven Vibes, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our personalized products. Each item is carefully personalized to meet your specifications, making it uniquely yours. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not offer returns on personalized products unless they are damaged upon receipt.

Damaged Items:

If your personalized item arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to making it right. Please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order with:

A detailed description of the damage.

Photographic evidence of the damage.

Your order number.

Upon review, we will promptly work on replacing the damaged item at no additional cost to you or offer an alternative resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve issued your refund for damaged items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To minimize waste all of our products are produced locally at the time of order here in the USA.

Once submitted, we will personalize your order within 12 hours of receiving it then the design file will be sent production.
